This project was to convert existing farm buildings set in a green belt location into multiple new residential properties.
Square Yard was instructed to collate a Landscape Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) document to be used in the planning process along with detailed planting plans and hardscaping solutions.

Full planning consent was granted in November 2022
