Square Yard partnered with Studio RBA architects on this coastal landscape design for property development company Delgatie.
This project is on the Isle of Man (IOM) and within a marine conservation area, therefore the landscape design needed to prioritise and where possible enhance the local ecology and wildlife. We worked closely with the IOM government ecologists to hone our design and incorporated locally sourced planting and materials into the detailed design.
Full planning permission was granted in December 2022 and development work is now underway.
